The park use is intended for the enjoyment of Los Senderos members and family. Keep in mind when using the park you are a guest on private property. Courtesy and concern for the best interests of the ranch owners and the entire Los Senderos membership should be the priority. It is with this in mind that we have generated these policies.<\/p>\n<p>Access to LS Park is only through the gate on Highway 79. The gate combination is for member ONLY and NOT TO BE SHARED. Keep the lock and chain sequence in their proper order to prevent a dangerous lock out \/ in situation for others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLeave it how you found it!\u201d If the gate is closed, leave it that way. This pertains to ALL gates that you come upon.<\/p>\n<p>The restroom lock code is the same as the entry gate code. The restroom\u2019s propane tank is left ON, and the water heater is set to \u201cVACATION\u201d position when you arrive and leave. Switch it to \u201cON\u201d if you want hot water for your stay.<\/p>\n<p>The well is ON, and the water tanks are full at all times. The water in the Park area where we camp is all gravity fed. So do not mess with the booster pump system.<\/p>\n<p>Do NOT attempt to turn on water to the Arena, Arena water trough or cowboy challenge Pond.<\/p>\n<p>Members are welcome to bring family and friends, limited to (2) two non-family guest per visit. As the hosting member, you must supervise family members\u2019 and guest\u2019 entrance and exit from the park. The hosting member is responsible for the lock. As the hosting member, you must camp and ride with your group. Each guest must sign a \u201cRelease of Liability\u201d waiver each calendar year.<\/p>\n<p>If you plan to use LS Park, whether during the day or camping, you must notify the Park Chairman or the Los Senderos President.<\/p>\n<p>When using LS Park, do not drive beyond the gate located near the Arena and Cowboy Challenge Course.<\/p>\n<p>When riding beyond the gate located near the Arena and Cowboy Challenge course onto Samataguma ranch, do not ride close to any of the houses and barns on the ranch.<\/p>\n<p>No shooting, hunting or fishing is permitted either in the LS Park or on Samataguma Ranch.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off each hose bib you use completely.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPack it in \u2013 pack it out.\u201d Please leave LS Park as clean , or cleaner, than you found it.<\/p>\n<p>Report any problems to a LS Board member or the President.
